Designing your custom wedding stationery is a deeply intentional and emotional experience.
You’ll be guided through a process that capture your vision, elevates your aesthetic, and brings your story to life through color, artwork, craftsmanship.
We manage every detail of the process – from design and print production to assembly – from the invitations to day-of elements.
We work closely with planner and creative designer team so that every design element feeling cohesive within the overall event design and vision.

What it can include
Your custom stationery can include:
- Save the Dates, Invitations, and Day-of elements
- Custom artwork such as venue illustrations, monograms, maps and pet portraits
- One or a combinations of print methods: digital printing, white ink printing, hot foil letterpress, blind emboss and UV/DTF printing
- Embellishment such as silk ribbons, wax seals, vellum wraps
Each elements is printed on luxurious stock, assembled by hand, and delivered beautifully finished ready to mail or present.
The Process

Quote & Consultations
We’ll provide a preliminary quote according your requirements. Then, we’ll schedule a call with you or/and your planner so we can discuss and understand well your wedding vision in more detail. We’ll provide you with a tailored quote to suit your budget.
This process typically takes up to 5 business days.

Booking
Contracts will be signed and a deposit (i.e. Design Project Fee) paid to schedule your project.
This process typically takes up to 2 business days.

Designing & Proofing
We’ll create up to 2 possible designs layout for you to choose from, according to the vision approved in contracts, and it’ll be narrowed down to your favourite. We’ll narrow it down to one design and make any necessary tweaks. Up to two rounds of revisions on your chosen design are included.
Intial design: this process takes up to max 3-4 weeks.
Proofing: this typically takes up to max 1-2 weeks.

Printing & Assembly
Once your custom design is approval, we’ll go to print once the remaining payment is made. The printing phase is carried out in-house in our laboratory.
Each elements is handcrafted assembled by our expert team, and delivered meticulously finished ready to mail or present.
Digital Printing: takes up to 1 week.
Hot Foil Letterpress and Blind Emboss Printing: typically takes up to 2 week.

Delivery
Your stationery will be carefully packaged up and sent to you ( save the date and/or inviations) or to you planner/wedding venue (day-of elements)
Save the date/ Invitations: UPS Shipping
Delivery in 2-4 business days.
Day- of Elements: SDA/BRT Delivery in 1-2 business days.
